SAMIR ZREIKAT

Samir Zreikat joined Riverdale in December 2015 and currently holds the position of Head of Trade Finance & Operations.

A Geneva native, Mr. Zreikat has amassed over three decades of experience in commodity trading (from operations, futures trading and trade finance) with groups such as Cargill and Vitol. Later, he mostly worked for small to mid-size trading houses as CFO, consultant and expert for Law firms or trading companies. 

Mr. Zreikat is also a regular lecturer at the Haute Ecole de Gestion of Geneva for the Bachelor program in Commodity trading and, until 2017, at the University of Geneva for the Commodity Trading Master Program and, since 2019, at the STSA for the Risk Analyst certificate. Through his consulting company Dealigents Sàrl, Samir provided courses to Trade Finance banks in Trade Finance risks mitigation when hedging is required.
