RICHARD WATTS

Richard is a highly experienced professional in shipping, law, finance and maritime insurance.

After having had different roles in shipping and trading companies, Richard created HR Maritime in 2008, with the aim of providing consulting and outsourcing services to the Trading and Shipping Community.

HR Maritime currently provides a wide range of services Trading, Shipping and Financial companies based in Geneva and also works with numerous clients in Asia and Africa. Services range from training and consultancy services to demurrage and operational outsourcing and insurance placement. Richard gives bespoke and regular courses to participants in the industry including directly with Trading Companies and through the STSA in Geneva.

Richard is also fellow of the ICS (Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers) and the President Propeller Club - Port of Geneva.
