OLENA ISAIEVA

Olena has worked for 10 years as an oil trader at two multinational oil trading companies in Geneva. In these roles, Olena has developed the business models for new oil trading desks including the set up of physical trading (Europe, USA, LATAM, Africa), terminals management, local distribution, shipping including management of time chartered vessels and hedge of pricing risks. This has also included all middle and back office and operation processes such as contracts, CP, LC, insurance, demurrages, inspection, chartering etc. and the compliance processes, documents and controls.

Olena holds a Master of Science in International economic relations, Management of Commercial and external economic activity of the Kiev International University.

Olena is currently Sernio Manager at KPMG where she is providing reviews and benchmarks for commodity traders in regard to their compliant trading and risk management set-up, their overall trading compliance and their automation / digitization level
